NEW INTERVIEW ALERT! (Part One)

Peace y’all! It’s been a while since I’ve made a blog post, and I do apologize for my absence! A lot’s been shaking behind the scenes, all of which will be revealed soon. And this is just part of that “life rollout”.

Recently, I was referred to an amazing producer/podcast host named Toru who was looking for new guests for his ProducerHead podcast (shouts to my guy Nothing_Neue for the referral). Due to life shit, it took a while for us to lock in a time to chat. Our first chat was actually an informal meeting where we just got to know each other and discuss potential topics for my episode. Then, late in the month of June we recorded the interview. And in between those times, I got to hang with him at NN’s place (along with a bunch of other NY-based producers) where we listened to each other’s beats. Needless to say, he’s an amazing person and this has proven to be my favorite interview/podcast appearance so far!

I’ve been doing music independently for a long, long time. And because I’m still small-time, I often question how much wisdom I can realistically offer someone else. But experiences like this keep reminding me that regardless of where you are in life, you still have gained a significant amount of wisdom & insights through your experiences and developed thought processes that others may not have even considered.
